@mattonomics Got a day job so the bike desk is a no-go. I do use the gym at work 3 times per day though.

@mattonomics I do cardio twice a day (15 mins each) and try to get at least 10,000 steps. (Fitbit guy)
@mattonomics Nice job! 💪 I've worked up to the 150 range in deadlifts. Started lifting for the first time ever in January. 5x a week @ gym.
